Queen Anne Ensuite
Queen Anne Neighborhood, Seattle
About Queen Anne Ensuite
We remodeled two bathrooms in this 1926 Queen Anne Craftsman. The downstairs main bathroom was outdated and dark. To meet our clients desire to modernize it with a twist, we installed a corner, glass door shower, with a beautiful combination of white subway tile and hexagon flooring. This design allowed additional light into the room, highlighting the modern vanity and our clients whimsical red knobs. Upstairs, we transformed what was once three small spaces (two separate closets and a tiny bathroom) into a spacious and open ensuite bathroom. Again, white hexagon tile was used along with shiplap walls to create a bright, clean, and modern space. To solve the problem of no existing heat source in the space, we installed a convection heater. To view the kitchen renovation in this same home, click here
