Queen Anne Bathroom

Queene Anne Neighborhood, Seattle

About Queen Anne Bathroom

Our Queen Anne clients desired an Ensuite for their primary bedroom. To add another bathroom to the second floor of their 1912 classic colonial home, a small closet was repurposed and enlarged to accommodate their new space. When Schulte Design Build was hired, the closet had already been stripped out – and they needed Schulte to complete the job. We first had the space inspected for structural integrity by an engineer. Once deemed safe, plumbing, and electrical were added, and finally, the room was finished with modern amenities giving the clients a light open and airy master bathroom. The client selected a popular black finish for all their hardware which contrasts beautifully with the Shaker style oak cabinets and the classic white subway tiles in the walk-in shower. Of note, the design seamlessly integrated the existing closet window.
